Braunvieh/Angus grass-fed, organic grain-finished pasture raised beef from just outside of Wichita Falls, Texas. This beef is carefully raised, kept on pasture for the entirety of their lives and supplemented with organic grains only at the end of their days. This process results in a more tender grass-fed beef that isn't pumped with un-desired corn/soy and instead a nutritious blend of organic grains. If you struggle with grass-fed "gaminess" in the flavor, or prefer a more tender steak and roast, this is the beef for you!

Choose between whole, half, or quarter share of 100% grass-fed, organic grain-finished Braunvieh/Angus beef from Valley View Meat Co. just outside of Witchita Falls, TX. Deposits required to reserve your share. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you after your deposit has been paid with a due date in line with anticipated pickup date which will be this April or May.
Current Spring 2026 Availability:
April - Three whole shares freshly butchered (or the equivalent in the form of halves/quarters)
May - Four whole shares freshly butchered (or the equivalent in the form of halves/quarters)
All whole shares will have a custom cut sheet with the option to take any part of the cow including but not limited to bones, fat, organs, specific cuts of beef, etc. Each whole share purchased will require a cut-sheet to be filled out with cut preferences. If you need help filling out your cut sheet, we are happy to assist you with this.
Half and quarter shares will NOT have a custom cut-sheet, but instead face slight limitations of each steer of particular cuts like tenderloins and more. Preference of cuts when uneven totals are presented will be provided to customers in the order that shares are reserved. The earlier you order, the more priority you have on choice when it comes to splitting the steer.

*Deposits are non-refundable, with only the following exceptions being made:
- we are unable to fulfill the other quarters or halves to make up one whole share
- in the event an unforeseeable act of God or nature prevents us from being capable of picking up your share
- in the event you change your mind about your share, you will be responsible to find someone to take over your share agreement or forfeit any amount spent
**Expected weight and price per lb will depend upon multiple factors including environmental/weather through their butchering date this April and May. The ranchers always strive to provide the most they can out of any steer.
Shares will be delivered to your home as per the delivery fee reflected during checkout. Anyone unable to receive shares in designated provided timing will be charged additional fees to cover the costs of continuing to store shares.
