Beef Share Deposit

Your choice of whole, half, or quarter share of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished OR organic grain-finished Angus/Wagyu or Angus/Braunvieh, based on availability, from Valley View Meat Co. just outside of Witchita Falls, TX. Deposits required to reserve your share. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you after your deposit has been paid with a due date in line with anticipated pickup date which can be found in your email that brought you to this page.

All whole shares will have the option to take any part of the cow including but not limited to bones, ground, specific cuts of beef, etc. Each share purchased will require a cut-sheet to be filled out with cut preferences. Half and quarter shares will face slight limitations of each steer of particular cuts like tenderloins and more.

*Deposits are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- deposits will be refunded for quarter or half shares only if we are unable to fulfill the other quarters or halves to make up one whole share
- deposits will be refunded in the event an unforeseeable act of God or nature prevents us from being capable of picking up your share
- deposits may be transferred to someone else in the event you change your mind about your share, we will attempt to help with this however it is your ultimate responsibility to find someone to transfer to

**Expected weight and price per lb will depend upon multiple factors including environmental/weather through their butchering date this May, and what they are fed. If you choose to organic grain finish, your beef will have a slightly more tender texture and flavor, and your final weight will likely be higher verses choosing 100% grass-fed and finished. Please consider this when making your choice.

Any shares not picked up in the designated time frames provided closer to the butchering (no-call, no-shows) will forfeit their shares. Anyone unable to pick up shares in designated provided timing will be charged late pickup fees.
